What to include
The more detail you send, the faster we can help:
- The app name and version (shown in the app's About window)
- Your macOS version and Mac model
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- Steps to reproduce the problem, and screenshots if helpful
Quick fixes
- Quit and relaunch the app.
- Make sure you are on the latest version of the app and macOS.
- If a feature needs a permission, check System Settings > Privacy & Security.
